Frêney helped a medium company revise its main bank account agreements, in order to reduce the financial costs and interest rates.

In three months, our consultants met many times with the management of the company and the banks. We presented a business plan with a request to increase some credit lines.

The main results of the project were:

• a reduction of the average interest rates
• an increase of the credit limit
• a more solid financial equilibrium
• better relationships and communication with banks
