Frêney designed and implemented a dashboard system in a client-server environment for the upper management of a professional services company.

The system was developed using an open source solution; the client is using the dashboard every day to monitor the business and the performance of the company. The dashboard shows this main data:

• revenues by area and by product-service
• the individual performance of every consultant
• the activity level of all teams
• the margins of the active projects
• the overhead costs trend
• the budget variance
