Frêney designed a cash management system for a company that is specialized in the trade of building materials.

The system was implemented with a tailor-made model that is based on MS Excel files which are integrated with the accounting system. The system was designed to support some management decisions on:

• cash flow planning
• credit risk management
• bank account optimization
• bank costs and credit limit management
